Prooph - Refund Policy

Effective January 1, 2025

Thank you for choosing Prooph for your marketing communications needs. This document outlines our refund policy, including terms and conditions for monthly and annual subscriptions.

Monthly Subscriptions
  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for an initial 3-month commitment period, with a recurring monthly charge thereafter.
  • Users have a 90-day cancellation window from the original purchase date. If canceled during this period, users are eligible for a refund for any unused full months within the initial 3-month period.
  • Refunds are not provided for the month in which cancellation occurs.Cancellations take effect on the last day of the current billing cycle.
  • After the initial 3-month term, monthly subscriptions continue on a recurring monthly basis and are automatically renewed unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Users may cancel at any time to avoid future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current or previous billing periods outside the 90-day window.
Annual Subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for a 12-month period.
  • Users have a 90-day cancellation window from the date of purchase. If canceled during this period, users will receive a prorated refund for any unused full months, minus the value of one month's subscription as a cancellation fee.
  • After the 90-day window, users may still cancel to prevent automatic renewal, but no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
Refund Process
  • To cancel a subscription, users must submit a request through their Prooph account settings or contact our billing team at billing@prooph.us.
  • For eligible annual subscription refunds, the amount will be calculated based on the number of whole unused months remaining, less a one-month cancellation fee.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation and credited to the original payment method.
  • Refunds via check, money order, or cash are not supported.
Opting Out of Renewal
  • Users may opt out of automatic renewal at any time through their Prooph account settings.
  • Opting out prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for any unused time outside the defined 90-day cancellation window.
